Description
Sourced from sought-after California wine regions including Napa, Monterey and Santa Barbara counties. Helped launch the blend category with the release of the 1989 vintage. Inspired by Charlie Wagner Sr. co-founder of Caymus -- who dared to blend wines to find the perfect pairing for his meal. Now led by grandson and namesake Charlie Wagner, who loves how with Conundrum, there are no single-varietal rules. Pairs perfectly with a wide array of foods this wine is all about exploration and experimentation. The five varietals in this blend are aged in either stainless steel tanks or French oak, creating layers of aromas and flavors.
